10 + 1 Reasons for GM's Failure

I'm not a huge fan of top "X" lists that permeate Twitter but I thought this was appropriate. 10 + 1 reasons GM is failing. Can you name these models? Can you tell the difference. What is the issue? See below.

I agree wholeheartedly. Your example above shows how GM (and the US auto industry as a whole) is run completely backwards. Toyota has 16 models total. GM has at least 10 SUVs that compete against each other. All with their own ad budgets, staff, manufacturing lines. It shows why the fat 3 are failing miserably. The economic downturn made it abundantly clear!

Well, I was ten for ten...What does that say about me--probably that I worked in the industry. But I agree with your point, and was proclaiming thus until I quit.
